Get to know our service in under two minutes.
Our service consists of a daily call to the older adult and has two simple functions:
Companionship: Chatting for a while with the person so they don't feel alone. If at any point they mention feeling unwell, we ask if they would like us to call a family member โ and if they do, we do so immediately.
Routine follow-up: A series of questions about whether they slept well, had breakfast, what they did during the day, whether they took their medication and how they are feeling.
