Who are you today?
We don't observe this stage of life from the sidelines. We live it, we understand it, and we are transforming it.
CuidadIA is not the result of a market opportunity — it is the response to a reality we have lived in our own skin. Founded in Marbella, we are a technology-based social startup, 100% self-funded, born from the conviction that the most advanced innovation of our time cannot, and must not, leave behind the generation that built everything.

Virginia is living proof that purpose and innovation have no expiry date. After more than 20 years in the United States and travelling the world, she returned to Spain with a clear vision of how technology must serve the common good.
After facing ageism in the job market first-hand, she decided her response would be total reinvention. At 55, she specialised in Artificial Intelligence, demonstrating that maturity is a higher degree of innovation.
Virginia doesn't design for "the elderly" — she designs to ensure that the right to be heard never expires.
Technology Architecture & IoT Innovation
Jorge is the architect of "invisible technology". With a solid technical background in complex systems, he is responsible for making the CuidadIA ecosystem robust, secure, and above all, human.
His obsession is eliminating friction: designing systems that care without requiring the elderly person to learn anything new, carry any intrusive device, or change their routines.
Jorge builds the technical foundations on which families' peace of mind rests.
